What shipping methods do you offer?
You can have your order delivered within the Czech Republic and Slovakia by GLS courier service or choose one of the pick-up points provided by Zásilkovna. Learn more about delivery options here.
How soon will I receive my order?
The standard delivery time is 2–3 business days. If you choose immediate payment by card or cash on delivery, we will dispatch the goods immediately. For payments via bank transfer, the order will be dispatched once the payment is credited to our account.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost depends on the selected carrier, payment method, and whether you are ordering within the Czech Republic or Slovakia. Shipping within the Czech Republic is priced at 131 CZK for GLS, 60 CZK for GLS ParcelShop, and 70 CZK for Zásilkovna when paying by bank transfer or online card. For Slovakia, GLS shipping is 6.5 €, and Zásilkovna is 3.5 €. Learn more about shipping costs here.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver goods only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
What is your return policy?
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery free of charge and without stating a reason. Returned goods must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to decline the return. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. When and how will I receive a refund for returned goods?
Once you receive an email confirming receipt of your returned goods, you can expect the refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
How does the complaint process work?
If there is any issue with your product and you wish to file a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the goods. You can contact us by phone at +420 724 165 994 or by email at reklamace@salonpro.cz. For a quick resolution, you can also use the complaint form here. Send the product for complaint purposes to Salon Professional, reklamace, Pod Bání 8, Prague 8.
Currently, our showroom is closed, so it is not possible to use it for complaints or returns. Returns must be sent to our address via a carrier. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
Is it possible to pick up an order in person?

Can I try or test the products before purchase?
You can arrange to test products with our colleague at the showroom. Simply contact them at +420 724 165 994 or via email at info@dermalogica.cz to agree on the best way.
I'm unsure which product is best for my needs. What should I do?
If you need help selecting a product or have any questions, feel free to contact us at +420 724 165 994 or info@dermalogica.cz. You can also visit one of our partner salons. A consultation or specific service can be arranged with a skincare therapist. Find the list of partner salons here.
Why does my order number differ from the one provided by the carrier?
Don’t worry, each order is assigned multiple numbers. One is our internal number (usually starting with the current year). The carrier has its own number for delivery, and there is also a tracking number to monitor your order’s status on the carrier’s website.
How can I get updates on new arrivals and discounts?
You can stay updated by registering on our e-shop here. We also share news, discounts, contests, and other updates about our company on our Facebook and Instagram profiles, so don’t forget to follow us!
