RETURNING GOODS

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the goods for free within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. It is important that the goods are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct any incurred damages. The return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How can the goods be returned?

Fill out your return request using the electronic form above. Send the unused goods in their original packaging along with the tax document you received with your order to the following address:

When and how will you refund my money?

As soon as you receive an email confirming the receipt of the returned goods, you can expect your money within 10 working days at the latest. The refund will be made using the same method you used for payment.

 

PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

If there is anything wrong with the product purchased from our e-shop, you can file a complaint within 24 months (you can find the full text of the complaint terms here). However, please let us know about the complaint as soon as possible via the electronic form above. Then, send the goods together with the tax document you received by email and the reason for the complaint to the following address:

Please note that it is currently not possible to return goods in person.

 

As soon as the returned goods reach us, we will notify you immediately. The legal deadline for resolving a complaint is 30 working days, but we strive to handle complaints as quickly as possible.
